1).
Please be sure of size &
suitability before placing your order. All items from this
website are made to order - refunds are NOT offered.
2).
Most items can be made to measure ~ but please bear in mind when ordering ~ If you give 'wishful' measurements rather
than actual measurements, your clothing may not fit properly!
3). The Distance Selling Regulations give consumers certain rights. However,
please note that once a fabric is cut and supplied to you as a custom made item [i.e. it is cut to your size & colour
specification], as a custom made item cut to your specification you do not have the right to return it, if it is unsuitable.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the faulty goods act.
4). Exchanges are only offered with good reason (faulty - or not
as described/pictured) providing items are returned within 7 days of purchase in unused condition.
5). All clothing
designs copyright Marionmaydesigns2008 - it is an offence to copy pictures or designs from this website without permission
from the owner -
6). All return postage costs are the responsibility
of the buyer. This includes items uncalled for which have been returned by the Royal Mail to me (the sender).
7). Washing
& care instructions are provided with every garment. Please follow them to ensure durability of item.
8). Items purchased
from this website over the value of £34.00 are sent using Royal Mail's SPECIAL DELIVERY service, this
service is included in the purchase price & insures your item against loss or damage during transit (UK only).
9). Overseas purchases
will require a signature upon receipt, this allows your item to be tracked online via the Royal Mail website.
10). Fabric swatches are available upon request.
Colours may differ slightly from monitor to monitor depending on your personal settings so if you have any concern regarding
fabric colours ;- please order a swatch prior to purchasing - items may not be exchanged or refunded owing to colour or quality
discrepancies over fabric.
11).
I aim to dispatch items within 2-4 weeks from date of purchase, however please allow upto 6 weeks for delivery of your order
during busy periods.
