& CONDITIONS
Please read 1-12 prior to placing an order
1). Please be sure of size & suitability before placing
your order. All items of clothing from this website are custom
made to order*. Please
note that once a fabric is cut and supplied to you as a custom made item [i.e. it is cut to your size & colour specification],
as a custom made item cut to your specification you do not have the right to return it, if it is unsuitable.
*excluding items from the 'one off ready made' page.
2). The Distance Selling
Regulations give consumers the right to return an item within 7 days of receipt in unused condition if it unsuitable
- This is applicable to items from the 'one off ready made' page only.
THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE CUSTOM MADE ITEMS OF CLOTHING.
Much
care & many hours are put into ensuring your garment is made to a high standard. Returns are only issued with good
reason in the unlikely event an item is faulty ie:
a) damage to fabric
b) you receive the wrong size. Please
be aware this does NOT include wrong size being selected by the customer.
3).
Refunds will NOT be offered if :
a) the style does not suit you
b) you (the buyer ) have selected the
wrong size
c) you (the buyer) imagined the design to be different from item picture &/or description.
4). Fabric
swatches are available upon request. Colours may differ slightly from monitor to monitor depending on your personal
settings so if you have any concern regarding fabric colours ;- please order a swatch prior to purchasing - items may not
be exchanged or refunded owing to colour or quality discrepancies over fabric.
5). If having read
the above you still feel that your item is faulty - please send us an email at Sales@MarionMay.co.uk - we will be happy to
discuss your concerns. Our return address is listed at the bottom of this page. All return postage costs are
the responsibility of the you (the buyer). This includes items uncalled for which have been returned by the Royal
Mail to me (the sender).
6). Washing & care instructions are provided with every garment. Please
follow them to ensure durability of item.
7). All clothing designs
copyright Marionmaydesigns2008~2011 - it is an offense to copy pictures or designs from this website without permission from
the owner -
8). Items purchased from
this website are sent using The Royal Mail's SPECIAL DELIVERY service or RECORDED DELIVERY service, these services
are included in the purchase price & insure your item against loss or damage during transit (UK only).
9). Overseas purchases
are sent using The Royal Mails AIRSURE service or INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR service & will require a signature upon receipt,
this allows your item to be tracked online via the Royal Mail website.
10).
We aim to dispatch items within 2-4 weeks from date of purchase, however please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of your order
during busy periods. ~ For military garments please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
11). All items of clothing from
this website are handmade in the UK.
12). By purchasing an item from this website
you are agreeing to the above terms & conditions.
